This medium bodied deep purple wine is a lovely blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc.
This medium bodied well balanced, deep ruby red wine has healthy tannins, medium acidity, and a long finish. It has lovely aromas of ripe red fruit, wild blackberries, anise and baking spices on the nose. This will be a great accompaniment to lamb shank, steak with black peppercorn sauce, game meats, dark chocolate or just on its own. This wine has great aging potential.
Great for cellaring.
