Defying Gravity – 2021 Aberarder Red
This is an elegant reserve red wine, made from the premium vinifera grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Regent and (my favorite) Petite Verdot. It is full bodied and will age wonderfully (if you can leave it alone)!
8% Petite Verdot
20% Cabernet Franc
31% Cabernet Sauvignon
19% Regent
22% Merlot

This elegant, full bodied, garnet red wine is a well balanced blend of Cabernet, Merlot, Petite Verdot and Regent grapes. It has a long smooth finish with leather, licorice, tobacco and baking spices on the nose and ripe dark fruits and baking spices on the tongue. It will be a great accompaniment to roast beef, pizza, blue cheese, mushroom swiss burgers, or just on its own.
This is a fusion of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Regent and Petite Verdot.
