2020 Cabernet Regent

This medium bodied deep purple wine is a lovely blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and the German Vinifera Regent.

This dark ruby red wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Regent. It has healthy tannins, medium acidity, tobacco on the palate, and a long finish, and will age nicely if you can keep your hands off it. It has lovely aromas of ripe red fruit, pepper, plums, baking spices and a hint of wintergreen on the nose. This will be a great accompaniment to steak with a black peppercorn sauce, game meats, beef bourguignon, smoked salmon, dark chocolate dipped strawberries or just on its own.

Great for cellaring.
