2019 Runa Red Meritage VQA

This is an elegant reserve red wine, made from the premium vinifera grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot.  It is full bodied and will age wonderfully (if you can leave it alone)!

 

Tasting notes for this wine are :

This feisty medium bodied, garnet red wine is a well balanced blend of Cabernet and Merlot grapes. It has forward tannins with red fruits, vanilla and baking spices on the nose and ripe dark fruits and baking spices on the tongue. It will be a great accompaniment to dark chocolate, cheeses, roast beef, pizza, mushroom swiss burgers, or just on its own. Decant and Enjoy! This wine has great aging potential.

This is a fusion of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot.
