One of our largest white grape plantings, Riesling grows beautifully on our gravel soils.

This crisp, full bodied, straw coloured white wine has honey and lavender on the nose with a floral bouquet. There is green apple and minerality notes on the palate with a smooth crisp lemon zest finish. It will be a great accompaniment to a fruit or charcuterie platter, soft goats cheese, fettuccini alfredo, curries, slow roasted pork ribs, pork chops with apple sauce, smoked rainbow trout, or just on its own.
