First Course:
French Onion Soup

Second Course:
Salad Lyonnaise
– Paired with 2028 Sauvignon Blanc VQA
Third Course:
Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breast with Roasted Pear & Brie finished with a Maple Dijon Glaze. Served with Fingerling Roast Potato and Seasonal Farmer’s Vegetable
– Paired with 2018 Un-Oaked Chardonnay VQA
Fourth Course:
Blueberry Grand Marnier Crème brûlée
