Masterclass 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

What’s included:  Enjoy this Charcuterie Masterclass at Alton Farms Estate Winery as Chef Vanessa takes charcuterie board building to the next level.  Upon arrival enjoy a glass of wine from Alton Farms Estate Winery and tapas bar.  This interactive course will teach you Chef secrets to create an epic charcuterie board that will be sure to impress your guests using locally sourced ingredients.  Your price includes a group demonstration and one-on-one coaching to build your perfect board.  Glass of wine, tapas bar,  gourmet locally sourced charcuterie ingredients and custom handmade board (to take home) are included in your price for this event.  Enjoy your creation on the patio with a glass of wine or we will wrap up your epic charcuterie board for you to take home.

Price per guest is:  $100 plus HST per guest.
