Looking to rent a space for an Event at Alton Farms Estate Winery?
We have a number of options to consider for your event.
Option One – Event Room Rental
Rental of our Event Room. You would be responsible for the coordinating all other aspects of the event, including all additional rentals such as furniture, decor, portable bathrooms, catering, bar, music, permits, etc.
We will supply tables, chairs and wine glasses for your event.
The Event room has a variable capacity depending if tables are needed. With Tables set up for eating 20 is a good number, 30 gets crowded.
With just chairs setup in a lecture arrangement, 40 is good, 50 is crowded. And the amount decreases if tables are needed.
Event Room rental is $350 per day.
Option Two – Patio Rental
Rental of the covered patio only. You would be responsible for coordinating all other aspects of the event, including all additional rentals such as furniture, decor, portable bathrooms, catering, bar, music, permits, etc.
We will supply tables, chairs and wine glasses for your event.
The Patio has a variable capacity depending if tables are needed. With Tables set up for eating 50 is a good number under the shade sail, 100 can be accommodated on the entire patio.
Bar Service with our wines and an outside bar area is included. Wines will be charged on a “by the glass” rate with 5 ounce pours per our liquor licence. Non Alton Farms Alcohol is not allowed under our current licence. An SOP would be required for other alcohol service.
Patio Rental is $2000 per day (Saturday and Sunday or Holidays), $1000 per day on other days (except Holidays).
Option Three – Other Site Rentals
We have 2 areas on our property that can be used for private functions. The venues and their costs are noted below.
