SUMMARY:Our First "Sheep" Wine release
DESCRIPTION:\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe Alton Sheep have moved up their skill-set! A
 fter years of carefully enriching and cultivating the soils of the vineyar
 ds\, their fearless leader - Sheep Nuzzles - has perfected a Vidal Blanc. 
 And to acknowledge the hard work of his friendly\, fluffy\, fruit loving f
 lock\, has named this wine “SHEEP WINE” .\n\nCarefully crafted just fo
 r Ewe!\n\nOn a serious note: This crisp\, light\, straw coloured off-dry 
 white wine has green apple and honey notes on the nose and ripe yellow app
 le notes on the palate. It has a well balanced acidity\, a clean mouthfeel
 \, with a tart citrusy finish.  It will be a great accompaniment to chedd
 ar cheese\, chicken cordon bleu\, herb and garlic unripened cheese\, Asian
  foods  or just on its own.\n\nOur unveiling of this wine will be August 
 14th\, 12:00 to 7:00.   Tastings will be offered for a donation to Heave
 n's Wildlife Rescue Center.\n\nCome and enjoy a glass of Sheep Wine and 
 celebrate this "ewe"some new Vidal on the farm with Sheep Nuzzles. Feel fr
 ee to congratulate him. Or ask him about how he created this wonderful lin
 e just for “ewe”!  Nuzzles will be available to meet on Friday (Augus
 t 14).\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nNo need for reservations - just show up.  Plenty of 
 parking.
