It has forward tannins with red fruits\, vanill a and baking spices on the nose and ripe dark fruits and baking spices on the tongue. It will be a great accompaniment to dark chocolate\, cheeses\, roast beef\, pizza\, mushroom swiss burgers\, or just on its own. Decant and Enjoy! This wine has great aging potential.\n\nWhite Cat White: This p leasant\, easy drinking\, buttery smooth white wine is "Summer in a Glass" . It has caramel and honey on the nose\, with white peach\, pear\, lemon a nd apple notes. There is a sweetness on the tongue\, a nicely balanced aci dity with a clean granny apple finish.
