February 10, 2016 (PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) – Alton Farms Estate Winery, Lambton County’s only Grape Winery, is releasing it’s rare Lucy Kuhlmann red wine this weekend, just in time for Valentine’s Day.  This premium full bodied wine sells out very quickly, with many bottles already spoken for in advance.

The winery, normally open by appointment during this season, will be open from noon – 6 PM on both Saturday February 13th and Sunday, Valentine’s Day, for free wine and chocolate tastings.

Alton Farms Estate Winery has been selling wine for almost three years from our store at the Estate Winery at 5547 Aberarder Line in Plympton Wyoming.  With the introduction of a VQA line of wines late in 2015, Alton Farms is pushing to increase sales by selling at local farmer’s markets and restaurants.  So far two farmer’s markets, Grand Bend and Petrolia, will be hosting the winery this Spring.  Six restaurants in the Sarnia area have started featuring the wines, Refined Fool Brewing Company, Zzas Pizza Bistro and Tapas Bar, John’s Restaurant, Ups N’ Downs, Rondo’s Pizza Plus and Skeeter Barlow’s Grill and Bar in Forest.
