This balanced, full bodied, deep ruby red wine has dried fruits, blueberry and soft rounded velvety tannins on the palate. There is a lovely, soft, jammy nose with aromas of sweet cherry, raspberry, anise and baking spices.
It will be a great accompaniment to beef Wellington, wild game, venison, ostrich, beef Bourguignon, or just on its own.
