Chef Brian Hall of grind cafe & catering co. grills up a light, fresh Mexican style feast.

This four course dinner starts with grilled mojo de ajo shrimp skewers, followed by guacamole and Pico with grilled bread. Enjoy a main dish of mole style chicken on the bbq with grilled poblano peppers, rice and Mexican street corn, topped off with a grilled strawberry lime angel food cake with cinnamon cream.

Bring your friends and family to this interactive dinner. Bring out your inner Mexican while tightening up your grill skills.

Live local entertainment and a cash bar featuring Alton Farms Estate Winery wines. Non alcoholic beverages also available.
